By clicking on the categories on the left of the screen, or by clicking one of the category images on the homepage you will be taken to the main category page. You will then be presented with a list of subcategories for the category you have selected.
You can find the product you want in two different ways.

When you select a subcategory, you will be presented with a list of the products available under that particular subcategory.
Clicking on the product image, code or description links will then take you to the product details page. You may also click on the “Add to Basket” button to the right of the product to add the item to your shopping basket. When this button is clicked, you will also be given the option to choose a quantity before the item is added to your basket.
You can also add an item to your shopping basket from the product details page.
The search box at the top of the page allows you to enter the name of the product you wish to purchase. When the “Go” button is clicked, you will be presented with search results based on the product name you have entered.
You can immediately add any of the product results to your basket by clicking on the “Add to Basket” button and selecting the quantity you require in the quantity box which will then appear. Once you have selected your quantity, click on the “Add to Basket” button to store the item in your basket.
The items in your basket are stored in a session within your web browser. This allows the contents of your basket to be stored until you close your browser window, even if you navigate away from the site then come back again.
You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the “My Basket” button at the top of the page. You will then be presented with the contents of your basket. In order to make a payment and place an order you will need to register for an online account using the “Register” link below the search bar at the top of the page. Depending on the type of account which is registered you will then be presented with payment options below the basket.
All online accounts will allow you to pay for your items using a credit or debit card. When you click on the “Checkout” button, you will be securely sent to out payment page which is hosted by CyberSource, our online payment partner. Once you have entered your payment and delivery details with CyberSource, you will be sent back to our website and an email confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address.
Some of our credit account customers will also have the option to purchase items using a Purchase Order number. Simply enter your Purchase Order number in the field provided on the basket page then continue to the following page to enter your delivery address. Once you complete your order, the total price will be added to your Jewson Credit Account.
You must register for an online account to purchase products from this website. You can do this by clicking on the “Register” link below the search bar at the top of the page.
Registering for an account will allow you to pay for your items using a credit or debit card. Simply enter the required details into the registration form to be sent a confirmation email. When you receive this email, click on the link provided to verify your account which will allow you to log into the website and allow you to make a payment.
