As we understand our customers may wish to have items delivered to project sites different from their billing address, we have made it possible for you to choose a delivery address.
Please refer to section 6 and section 9 within the sites the terms and conditions located here
If there are any issues with the goods you order, for example they are out of stock, we will contact you within two working days to discuss the options.
If the address is incorrect, the package is usually returned to the depot. Therefore, please double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes as our carriers require signatures before releasing the package.
If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you re-arrange delivery.
